Le baciami sulla bocca est une recette délicieuse d’aubergines, de pâtes, de sauce tomatée… au four. Un régal de Sicile


  • aubergines rondes et grosses
  • sauce tomate
  • mozzarella
  • pâtes (bucatini ou spaghetti)
  • fromage râpé
  • huile pour frire

Préparation de la baciami sulla boca

  • Coupez les aubergines en grosse tranche (au moins un demi centimètre d’épaisseur), salez et laissez couler leur jus pendant une heure.
  • Rincez-les bien et les frire à l’huile d’olive
  • Coupez les pâtes un 3 ou 4 morceaux et cuire. Une fois que les pâtes sont prêtes, ajoutez de la sauce tomate.
  • Prenez une tranche d’aubergine, mettez un peu de pâte dedans, quelque petit morceau de mozzarella et roulez.
  • Mettez les aubergines ainsi farcies dans une platine (ajoutez de la sauce tomate au-dessous et au-dessus des aubergines) et passez au four pendant environs 20 minutes.
  • Dés qu’elles sont prêtes, ajoutez du fromage … et bon appetit !
