So, how did we get to the solution that 1 percent of 366 = 3.66?

**Step 1:**As we know, a whole of something is equal to 100%. In this case, we want to find what 1% of 366 is. We know that 100% of 366 is, well, just 366.**Step 2:**If 100% of 366 is 366, then we can get 1% of 366 by dividing it by 100. Let's do 366 / 100. This is equal to 3.66. Now we know that 1% is 3.66.**Step 3:**Now that we know what 1% of 366 is, we just need to multiply it by 1 to get our solution! 3.66 times 1 = 3.66. That's all there is to it!
