Tagliatelles aux champignons… Une petite recette sympa à la portée de tous.

Ingrédients Tagliatelles aux champignons pour 4 personnes :

  • 1 citron
  • 1 gousse d’ail
  • 100 g de parmesan
  • 2 petits oignons
  • 250 g de champignons de Paris
  • 50 g de beurre
  • 500 g de crème fraîche
  • 400 g de tagliatelles fraîches
  • sel, poivre

Préparation des tagliatelles aux champignons

  1. Pressez le citron, recueillez le jus dans un saladier.
  2. Epluchez et coupez très finement les oignons et la gousse d’ail.
  3. Nettoyez et émincez finement des champignons.
  4. Réservez-les dans le jus de citron.
  5. faites bouillirl’eau salée pour les pâtes.
  6. Faites revenir rapidement, dans le beurre, les oignons, l’ail. Ajoutez la crème fraîche, salez, poivrez.
  7. Gardez sur feu doux 10 min. Pendant ce temps, faites cuire les pâtes le temps nécessaire
  8. Dès que la sauce a épaissi, ajoutez les champignons, remuez délicatement, toujours sur feu doux, pendant 1 min.
  9. Egouttez les pâtes.
  10. Disposez-les dans chaque assiette chaude.
  11. Recouvrez de sauce, saupoudrez de parmesan.
