Potée auvergnate: la recette à connaitre

Un chaud plat qui ravigote la flamme en soi.

Ingrédients : ( Pour 4 personnes )

  • 250 gr de petits salés
  • 150 gr de poitrine salée
  • 1 morceau de lard
  • 500 gr de choux
  • 4 pommes de terre

 

Préparation de la potée auvergnate :

  1. Faire désaler le porc une nuit.
  2. Remplir d’eau un faitout, plonger le porc et porter à ébulition.
  3. Laisser cuire environ 1h30.
  4. Ajouter le choux coupé en morceaux, laisser cuire 30 min.
  5. Ajouter les pommes de terres et une poignée d’haricots sec et laisser cuire 30 min.
