Ingrédients de la sauce aux oeufs pour +/- 4 personnes

Préparation de la sauce aux oeufs

  • Préparez la sauce Béchamel comme indiqué ici.
  • Dans un récipient, battez 2 jaunes d’oeuf jusqu’à l’obtention d’une crème.
  • Ajoutez 2 c. à s. de crème fraîche, tout en battant continuellement.
  • Incorporez ensuite la béchamel chaude, toujours en remuant, sans bouillir.
  • Ajouter, selon le goût, le jus d’un demi citron.
