Un petit dessert facile, frais, fruité et ensoleillé. Comme on les aime !

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

  • 250 g de Mascarpone
  • 200 g de fraises
  • 50 g de sucre
  • 4 petites couronnes de biscuit type génoise
  • Cointreau

Préparation de la couronne aux fraises

  1. Mixer les fraises avec le sucre et une cuillère de liqueur, puis ajouter à la moitié du mixage le Mascarpone.
  2. Bien mélanger.
  3. Disposer les petites couronnes sur les assiettes individuelles, recouvrez-les avec le mixage restant et remplissez le centre avec la crème au Mascarpone.
