Recette de la salade de kiwis au gingembre
La salade de kiwis au gingembre, plaisir assuré!
Ingrédients:
5 kiwis
1 bâton de cannelle
1 citron vert
1 citron vert
1 cuil de copeaux de noix de coco
10 g de gingembre
Du sucre

Préparation de la salade de kiwis au gingembre:
Faites épluchez vos kiwis ainsi que votre citron. Prélevez le zeste du citron. Emincez les kiwis et reservez dans un saladier.
Récupérez le jus du citron et mélangez avec un peu d’eau ( 15 à 20 cl) dans une casserole. Ajoutez le sucre en poudre selon votre convenance. Faites bouillir.
Après l’ébullition, Laissez tiédir. Incorporez le zeste de citron, le gingembre préalablement pelé et rapé, la canelle. Laissez infuser pendant 15 minutes. Filtrez et faites refroidir. Enfin, arrosez les kiwis de cette préparation. Saupoudrez les copeaux de noix de coco.
Servez frais.
