A short word to introduce LaBonneCuisine.be
LaBonneCuisine.be has been founded in 2001 in Belgium and is run by a Belgian team, including French and Flemish (Belgian Dutch) speaking people.
Its main areas of interest are the Belgian, French and Italian cuisine, which are developped and discussed through recipes, gastronomy related dossiers, and also through attending and covering major press conferences and national / international Salons / Fairs / Exhibitions.
Since a growing interest is shown by international Gastronomy Connoisseurs and Good Food Lovers, we are working on the English version of LaBonneCuisine.be and we kindly ask you a bit of patience until the full new English speaking website is launched.

Shared pleasures of the barbecue
The first beautiful days encourages us to reproduce the gestures of our ancestral mode of cooking. It is the discovery of fire which made it possible to the man of Cro-Magnon to prepare “the first” barbecue in history, spitting pieces of fish or meat to cook them directly in contact with the flame.
A barbecue, some salads, friends, and the growing perfume are ready to carry you away.
This file aims on giving you ideas of recipes for your barbecues, some basics about marinades and of course some advice on safety around burning coal.
